To
give you a better understanding of our software
we created snapshots of all elements related to
the Charter RMS Front End. This will give you a visual
understanding of the software's layout and the
structure of the features. The layout of our reservation software was
developed to be easy to understand and navigate. |

Customers Main Calendar |
|
This is the main
calendar page your customer's would see. It displays
your trips, prices/ deposits, reservation policies, color coated trips, business name, business website
address and quick links to easily navigate through
the calendar. |

If
you are running shared trips, this feature is
for you! Your customer's can easily view and book
any active shared trip by pressing a button.
Our
shared trips display button will display all of
your active shared trips that when you select
the one you want it will take you to the checkout
page. |

A customer can
easily view your reservation policy or policies
by clicking on the policy they wish to view.This
policy will also be part of the confirmation page
and the customer's confirmation email. |

| Day Selected |
|
Once a customer
selects a date they are interested in they will
be taken to the next page. This will contain what's available
for that date. It will also have the trip's detail information in the same location
where the
reservation policy was in the first page. The customer can easily
toggle between exclusive and shared trips. |

| Customers Checkout |
|
Once the customer
selects their desired date they will be taken
to the checkout page. This page will display the
color coded trip for easier reading along with
the payment option of full payment and/or deposit.
In this example, we have added the Extra Charge
Per Person feature and Gratuity to the checkout.
The customer simply adds their billling information
and the trips becomes booked. |

checkout page is for the shared trips. It displays the same information and options as the exclusive, but tells the customer
how many remaining seats are available and how many they would like
to purchase. |
