Date Based Reservations
Never worry about overbooking again. The data-based reservation system is the standard model for tours and charters and organizes independent reservations so that they are compatible with each other. For example, if you want to offer half day tours (am and pm) and full day tours, RSPro will book an am tour then make the full-day tour unavailable for that day.
Time Based Reservations
If you'd like to offer time-based or interval-based reservations such as equipment rentals (jet skis, kayaks, scooters etc), the RSPro gives you that option. You can customize it so that you have different blocks of time and separate pricing for each item.
Auto-Canceled Shared Options
The auto canceled shared option allows you to set the minimum number of tickets that need to be purchased in order for the trip to become active. If the minimum number of tickets haven't been sold by a certain time, the system will automatically cancel the trip for you. If you choose to use this feature, there will be no charges made to any client before the trip is confirmed to prevent the need for reversed charges.
